Depends on what's entailed with the specific job. I will put my all in my work as long as I'm well managed and I like specifics. I'm Very detailed. I will not be responsible If I'm not told what to do and how to do it. I have learned not every manager will want it done the same.

I will do promotional and modeling jobs as long as their in good taste.
