About Me

I am an Assistant Professor of Photography at Herron School of Art and Design, IUPUI. I received my BFA in Creative Photography from the University of Florida and my MFA in Studio Photography from California State University Long Beach. I don't do commercial work, although I have time and again throughout my photo career. My work has been shown in Art, Technology, and Society at the Digital Media Center in Santa Ana, Ca; Documentation: Photography as Witness at the University of Maine; Bewegterwind (Moved Wind) in Hesse Germany, and Re/Move at Foto, kino i video savez Vojvodine in Novi Sad, Serbia among many others. I was part of my first museum show in Summer 2010 at Schneider Museum of Art.

I am currently working on a series "top search" where I need both male and female models, as well as groups. At this point I'm only shooting adults, but any age range, size, ethnicity, etc. There are shots with nudity and plenty of non-nudes, but nothing will be over "R" rated. Please contact me if you are interested. At this point it is TFP, but after I start showing the portfolio, it could become paid work.

I also run a gallery in Fountain Square (Indianapolis): SpaceCamp MicroGallery. http://www.spacecampgallery.com My co-gallerists are Kurt Nettleton and Paul Miller: http://www.modelmayhem.com/pbmphotos Both are former students of mine who excelled so much I decided to ask them to join the gallery.
