About Me
My name is Rich. I'm here for the purpose of advancing my portfolio and gaining experience with as many different aspects of photography as possible.
The philosophy I base my images on; To capture a different appearance of the subject that a casual glance or from different angle might not reveal. I want the image to evoke an emotion, inspire a story or stir the imagination.
The majority of my work over the years, spans art themes such as still life, landscape and architecture. I believe the best way to build on my photo skills in the studio is to find someone willing to trade their time for photos ( TFCD ). I have portable lighting equipment and backdrops to transform almost any open area into a workable studio.
I'm looking forward to meeting and working with as many people as possible, but please don't be offended if I don't readily (or automatically) "Friend" you. I'm more likely to accept a friend request if we've "broken the ice" by responding to your comment on my portfolio, discussing ideas and techniques for shooting or by working together. It might seem like I'm cautious when it comes to taking chances or risking reputation; But I'm upfront, honest, and serious about my photography.
