As a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, I am forced to be in complete sync with my body, which allows me to add and drop weight as necessary. I am 5'9 and my body weight can range from anywhere between as low as 160 lbs to 200+ lbs, depending on the assignment. This enables me to be very flexible with assignment selections.
