I believe that health & fitness has attributed to my success in business. I am am a MMA Competitor that is fluent in the martial art. I have been in the martial arts for 30 plus years. My knowledge of physical fitness is superior to anyone in the business, my knowledge on nutrition is vast. I am available to travel through out the country for appearances.
