Hello everyone my name is Rene' Sweeney and I am so excited to be a part of this site! I have had many wonderful life experiences and having the opportunity to model and act has been a huge part of my life up to this point. I started modeling at a the very young of 12 years old flying between Arizona and New York City where my home agent was based. From there I also had the opportunity to work in the overseas market in Japan. Unfortunately I never grew over 5'5 (although everyone anticipated that I was going to be a giant because I was so tall when I was young). For this reason I am not currently signed with an agent, but I am still actively working (lol....tell me how that works???)! I don't like to brag, but I am highly photogenic and I photograph very tall because of my long limbs. For this reason I get booked for quite a bit of print work. I am not an amateur model, I am very experienced and I am looking to work with people who are also very experienced and serious about their work...whatever that may be. I have also reccently been working quite a bit on a freelance level with Spike TV which is very exciting for me!! I most recently (March '08) was hired by Spike TV as well as TGI Fridays to host the TGI Fridays International Bartending Competition in Las Vegs Nevada. I was paid by both entities and worked for both Spike TV (covering the TV segments for the event) as well as TGI Fridays who had me Co-Host the event along with Rikki Rachtman (the former MTV Head Bangers Ball Host). I was highly compensated and was so thrilled to have booked such a HUGE job on my own without an agent. So, I am also able and definately looking to do on camera stuff as well. I will do shoots for TFP/TFCD, but not for everyone. I AM a professional just as many of you consider yourselves proffesionals and I DO NOT work for free. If I feel that would be mutually beneficial for both of our portfolios I would definately love to work with you!! I am not trying to be mean or blunt, but I know many of you place a value on your time and work and I do as well! My rate will depend upon many factors and I can let you know when I have a complete job description. CHEERS and I look forward to working with some of you soon!!!
