I types of work I'd be willing to do would all depend on the specifics of the individual assignment. I personally have no problems with doing nudes, and topless etc.
I myself have a few facial piercings, which aren't overly invasive of my face, and then tend to suit whichever look I myself am posing for. From my own observations of my limited experience being photographed, I seem to manage to pull of a cutesy look pretty easy, but I can also come across with a very rugged look, especially in photos where I'm smoking.
of course the way these looks come across in photos is down to the skills of the photographer, and only have a very small part to do with me as a person.
