The Ohio Native, Chelsi Elise, was born December 30th on the island of the philipines. born with an exotic blend of Portugese, Indian, and African American, she displays a statuesque figure, perfect bone structure of a model standing at 5'10.
After graduating with Honors from high school she continued her education at a local community college studying business management. With her passion for the fashion and modeling industry she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a model while continuing to educate herself.
Chelsi Elise has been making lots of noise in Cincinnati, Ohio. Appearing in many fashion show and doing many promotional appearences for many different artists.She is working with many different professionals to gain as much experience and get as much exposure as possible.
