I'm looking for some valid experience, a fantastic portfolio, and potentially some paying gigs. Help me out?

I am perfectly capable of doing my own make-up for shoots unless you have something REALLY special in mind. Currently I have done my makeup in all the shots in my portfolio.

My favorite shoots are themed or have crazy concepts behind them. I'm a huge fan of satire, dark humor, and narratives in photography so these are the projects I'm most likely to get excited about. If it means making a statement I'm absolutely fearless and am willing to go the extra mile (or ten) to give you the perfect shot. If the shoot involves lots of crazy color then I'm absolutely hooked. If you give me a stylized shoot with a decent storyline that's making some sort of social commentary AND you want to make it super-vibrant, then there's no way I'm going to turn you down (and you'll probably be my new best friend.)
By the way, I'm not goth anymore, but for the sake of a good photo, I'll play dress up for you. I have a very eclectic wardrobe. You're really still reading this? I'm impressed.

I like to connect with my photographers. I think it really shows through in the pictures and has a recognizable effect on the outcome of the shoot. If you have the time or can make some, I would prefer to meet you in person prior to shooting with you. A phone call is also satisfactory.
