If I were to describe my self, I would say I’m a broad-minded individual with lots of life and energy. I’m very motivated and come across as a very open and honest person. I have many interests and hobbies. I like keeping fit and take part in many different sports like tennis, football, and athletics. I also do martial arts.
I like wining and dining and a typical evening with friends involves going out for a meal then going to a pub or a club for a few drinks. I’m a very sociable person. I should also mention I’m a non-smoker. I have a big circle of friends from all walks of life and get along with just about anyone. I would like to this because I feel I would be very good at and would enjoy the experience of meeting new people.
I have just joined an agency in Glasgow (SCOTLAND).

I have realized I need to start up a PORTFOLIO if I am to compete with the models out there.
As you can imagine I’m new in this field and any advice will be much appreciated.
I have looked at some of the work done by the photographers on this site and I think the standard is very good.

I’m looking to show some VERSATILITY at castings when they come and that’s why I think it’s important to start up a portfolio.
I’m based in Edinburgh. I go to Napier University. I’m doing a sports & exercise science degree. I hardly have any classes just now and have a lot of spare time.

I would like to do a shoot by a professional who does portfolio work as they would know what is COMMERCIALLY acceptable but I keep hearing crazy numbers and sums, which I could never afford.
I’m 21 years of age and I’m on a very harsh budget as I have been supporting myself since I was 16.

I’m working very hard to get some TFP’s and after a weeks of NON-STOP emailing and phoning I have made some very good contacts and there is 5 or 6 photographers willing to do some TFP’s wit me. B-) B-)
Any more PHOTOGRAPHERS interested to do work with me please let me know.
I’m willing to travel if a good opportunity comes up.
I’m a good listener with a very good imagination and like to do work with as many different photographers to get as much EXPERIENCE as possible and put together a good portfolio.
I think 4 TFP’s shoots will get my portfolio will under way and I would have enough material to show versatility and POTENTIAL at castings when they come.

ALL MODELS and PHOTOGRAPHERS Can you give me some advice on the shoots coming up, as it will be my first time I’m not sure what is expected of me.

Anyway I think I stop my big mouth right here, as I’m sure you get the picture.

I’m also very sure that some of you out there are very nice people and would like to help someone new in the industry take the right steps.
Any response from yourself regarding the matter would be much appreciated.
