About Me
My name is Lucy Scarfe. I am 18 years old. I'm currently doing a Foundation Degree in Performing Arts at Norwich City College.
In the short-term, my hopes for the future are to go on to further education and develop my skills in performance.
In the long-term, I hope to find work within the musical theatre industry or to train and become a qualified dance or drama teacher.
I love to act and have been in many staged productions over the years. For example: A Midsummer Nights Dream, A Memory Of War, Jack & the Beanstalk, Bird Flu, Lord of the Flies, A Christmas Carol, Bugsy Malone, Peter Pan, The Snow Queen, Blood Wedding, Poor Bird.
I enjoy dancing and am currently taking classes in Tap, Street and Ballet. In the past, I have also experienced other styles such as: Jazz, Disco, Latin-American, Salsa, Flamenco, Contemporary and Free-style.
I like to sing, in particular, songs from musicals. I have had private singing lessons and a main singing role in the musical 'Bugsy Malone'.
For two years, I attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School Summer School in London. I took professional classes in drama, dance, singing, microphone technique, video technique and circus skills.
