About Me
New to this site not the industry.
I am an artist, a photographer / painter living in the Lynchburg Virginia area of the United States but I travel home to Cork City, Ireland frequently. I have updated my Bio and profile to reflect this and I am interested in networking with people in Ireland and Virginia going forward as that's where I will be based for the next several years. I am always looking for creative people to connect with for projects. I am interested personally in artistic Fine Art gallery type work. I have a Gallery in Lynchburg called Treasures. I am more importantly looking to work as a freelancer on projects for individuals or companies. If there is a staff position I would also be open to discussing a more permanent set up.
While I am new to this site I have over 25 years of experience in photography and art. I am here to make contacts and also to generate some freelance work. As a photographer I am for hire for a daily or hourly rate depending on the projects.
Daily Rate for commercial freelance work 400 Euro or $500 (4-6 hours of shooting, 2-4 hours of editing)
Longer shoots will be scheduled on an individual basis
Hourly Rate for commercial freelance work 100 Euro an hour or $150 (min of 2 hours)
(These rates are local and if travel is involved there will also be a travel fee.)
I am also interested in developing portfolio's for new models.
Beginner Modeling Portfolio's or updates to experienced Model's Portfolio's
For a 4-8 hour shoot (includes travel to various locations) and 30 edited images (8 hours of editing) as well as all the raw images from the shoot on a memory stick - 500 Euro or $600
If you want make up and hair at the shoot there will be an additional fee for their services. You are welcome to do your own or bring a friend. The shoot will be with 5 different outfits of your choice. I am available prior to the shoot to help in anyway with any decisions as far as makeup, hair, wardrobe and in choosing locations. Please note we will never be shooting in a studio setting and will always be using natural light as it breathes and moves and touches the model in ways that are divine. We are not looking for staged stale lifeless cheesy images in front of a backdrop. I am looking to create images that transcend the technical applications and become art within which you are the muse, the goddess, the object of perfect illusion. Our goal is to leave you with a portfolio that has people wanting you to represent their vision and hire you repeatedly.
