Hi, my name is CeCe, I have always loved doing make up and art, but I am fairly new at the whole make-up artist thing. I am very easy to work with. I am always open to suggestions about practically anything and willing to learn as I go. I am ready to meet new people so I can share my vision with others.

I am very creative. If you are looking for a certain look I can either duplicate it or come up with a themed concept for you. All you have to do is ask. I am not really up for TFP shoots because of how affordable my pricing is.
