About Me
“My” Philosophy: I fell in love with black and white pictures when I was twelve and started my first darkroom at thirteen. I have been enticed to shoot in color occasionally and even digital but my favorite medium is black and white film and mostly 35-mm. Now I choose to shoot only black and white film for portraits. You wont see any smiling faces in my portraits. When I see Rembrandt or Van Gogh paint smiley faces, I then may attempt it. My melancholy demeanor is certainly present in my moving images. If you don’t like it, find someone else. My style is my style and that's the way its going to stay...I would rather drive a truck than compromise my art. :)
