About Me

THANKS for checking out my MODEL MAYHEM website.

I appreciate your interest in both my personal training and photography. I have also started and been the head coach of A-Team Xtreme since its inception, as well as, being a professional photographer for over 30 years. I specialize in training athletes for fitness competitions and have numerous champions on our teams all over North America (http://www.ateamxtreme.com) and help athetes and model learn more about photography. I try to combine fitness and photography naturally because of my years of experience in both. If you are looking for a seasoned pro, please give me a call and lets talk about the POSSIBILITIES!

Coach A is also adept in, not only training athletes for competition, but, he also train models for losing weight, toning and sculpting.

Dr Atherton has been a professional photographer for over 30 years. He is multi-published in the Fitness industry and currently writes a monthly column for Natural Muscle Magazine entitled, "My Name is Coach A, WELCOME to MY WORLD!"

Coach A excels in working with both known and unknown athletes/models in making porfolios for models, fitness athletes, and competitors. He has the confident manner of experience and also an enthusiam to make you look real and your best. Coach uses his expertise to help get to the NEXT LEVEL in both fitness training and photography.

JWAtherton Photography has a fully equipped studio to shoot digitally and also a modern fitness center for personal training, as well as an obstacle course and outdoor landscaped backgrounds for facilitate the work. He is located in Great Falls, VA

Coach A is a proven professional and member of Professional Photographers of America. Most of Coach's work is fitness related; however, he can and does fo weddings (limited number), portraits and commercial. He shoots the current champs and has shot the hottest atheletes in Fitness (see website for their comments).
