Charlene Lester-Allen is the Founder of the F.E.V.A.®™ Movement. F.E.V.A. is an acronym for the Forever Evolving Voices of African-Americans. The mission of the F.E.V.A. Movement is to Encourage, Enlighten, and Empower. The F.E.V.A. Movement is an international movement that is aimed at processing, formulating, and developing Voices of Hope, change, and triumph for The Advancement of The Black Christian Woman.

“FEVA” LA BELLA MAGAZINE, a spiritual, Christian based quarterly publication, is a literary collection of things that women, specifically women of color, can attend to in an effort to holistically embrace and conquer this thing so complexly characterized as life and “living”!
Love, Life, Health, Education, Social Causes, Envy, Strife, Finance, are just a few topics that “FEVA” tackles. Living and embracing the wonders of life are the focus of “FEVA”, but as women we must identify, treat, and focus systemically on the root and cause of barriers to breakthroughs! We Can, We Will, and Shall Succeed!

The latest editions of “FEVA” La Bella Magazine can be located on MAGCLOUD under the name “FEVALABELLA”.

Allen is also the creator, founder, and host of F.E.V.A. Blog Talk Radio Show. The F.E.V.A. Radio show will air on blogtalk radio once per quarter. The mission of “FEVA” Radio is to impart a medium whereby listeners worldwide can listen, know, understand, recognize, and realize that as women:

The focus for the quarterly shows will encompass themes that encourage, uplift, and empower women. The mission of the show is to empower the listening audience to find, grab, and solidify their individual evolving voice as Black/African-American Women. The theme of the debut of F.E.V.A. Radio was “It is Our Time”! F.E.V.A. Radio debuted on January 12, 2012.

As a seasoned and consummate businesswoman, Lester-Allen is the Founder and CEO of Sugar and Spice Enterprises LLC. Sugar &Spices Enterprises is a hub for the empowerment of Christian Women.
As a result of Charlene’s twenty plus years of social services she is deeply immersed in philanthropy with a nonprofit entitled The Beats Unload Dreams Foundation.
