I'm here to create and to share, to learn and to teach, to inspire and to be inspired. If I can help it, I only enjoy working with other artists and passionate people, not with people who just want to get paid.

The only constant in life is change - the only possible exception is a well preserved photograph, but I'm a photographer because i like pushing buttons and looking at shiny things. I have an awesome studio in a couple playhouse theaters located in Union Square, San Francisco. Essentially, I've shot everything from Bill Clinton to Yosemite (yes, with a camera, not a gun silly), and I'm expanding my repertoir to explore and appreciate the human form with new, unexplored styles.

I'm here to further my career as a photographer & photojournalist - though I am concurrently exploring multiple business ventures, being a photographer will always be my first professional love. I want to push my personal boundaries, test my abilities, and learn from my mistakes. If you have a REAL goal or REAL appreciation for the art of photography, I'd really like to hear from you!

Sorry for sounding like a negative nancy but I DO NOT HIRE MODELS (I am not a learning amateur or a GWC) so NO SOLICITATIONS PLEASE. If I am hired for a job in which models, MUAs, stylists, etc., will be paid, compensation will be clearly outlined in the casting call or first message so there is no need to ask me if "this is a paid gig". PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND: I get paid WELL (more than a model) to use my camera so trade work is ME offering to shoot for free and that entails ME doing almost all the work. It's a pretty sweet deal.

All work I do is retouched and shared in a timely manner. I've heard of many models either having a really sh#tty time getting their photos or just not getting them at all. I am not that guy. Occasionally, depending on life's extenuating circumstances, I might be delayed a while but I won't leave you hanging. If business is good, it will take me a little longer but don't fret :) I'm here to create and to enjoy my work with other artists. Please remind me if you're losing your patience. I will not get upset because sometimes I forget things :)

Behind my name:

I'm tired of all the sh!t that good photographers and honest people in creative industries have to put up with because of posers, creepy f#cks, GWCs, and others who degrade the art of photography, give photographers a bad rap, and destroy our industry with your cheap sh#tty pictures! I chose the name KILL BAD PHOTOGRAPHY to hopefully inspire people to be MORE CRITICAL and to influence models to open their eyes and ideally stop helping those posers and GWCs who exploit them and their bodies!

Destroy the uneducated WANNABE who calls himself a "professional" and the GWC who just wants to get young girls out of their clothes. NOT FUCKING COOL! ie. recently saw pic comments in a 17 y/o model's portfolio (a plain and boring picture not worth commenting on for any reason) left by a "photographer" with DISGUSTINGLY DISTASTEFUL nude photos in his portfolio. The biggest problem is that TOO MANY YOUNG NAIVE MODELS FALL FOR THEIR CON!! I say we all try our best to keep it real!!

I'll be launching a project in early 2012 that will hopefully put an end to the dangerous supersaturated sespool that Model Mayhem has become by rooting out GWCs, wannabes w/ bad attitudes, and liars! It will be a creative platform from which you can protect yourself and help photography communities be safe and filled with nothing but talent and passionate art!! More info to come soon... :)

Cheers!
