My interest is art that celebrates the beauty of the female figure. The paintings I produce are the result of an inner journey, both for me, and the model and hopefully the final product captures something of her inner spirit. I find that interesting subject matter releases forces within me that bring my work to a new level of expression.

The relationship between a model and an artist is a unique one and any work of art created is the combination of the two personalities and the synergy between them. I look for people who are interested in the artwork being created and take pride in the joint accomplishment.

I usually require a short meeting beforehand in order to determine which of my themes would be most compatible with the model's interests and goals. I believe that women of all ages and types can be beautiful. My job is to find it and reveal it... while keeping within their comfort zone. That comfort zone is part of who they are and is to be respected.
